Hello! So I have decided to start the 30 day shred! If you don't know what this is, it's basically an exercise dvd by Jillian Michaels. Apparently it is quite hard and she puts you through your paces! I will be doing a full review on it once I have completed all three levels. You basically spend the first ten days on level one, the next ten on level two and the final ten on level three!
I have taken my measurements before as I think it's nice to see how far you've come! I have measured at a certain point, for example on my thighs I have measured around the middle where I have a freckle. This way I have a point and know exactly where I measured!
Arms (middle of arms by a freckle!) - 10 inches
Waist - 24 inches
Hips (I have had people tell me to measure the hip measurement in different places! One says around the biggest part, including your bum and the other says on your hip bone! I measured both!) - 32 and 37 inches!
Thighs (around the middle!) - 18 inches
Calves (around the middle) - 13 inches
There are a few girls on twitter who are doing the shred with me as well as motivation for each other! If you would like to join us as well feel free! The girls and I are starting tomorrow. (Monday!)
