Revitalash Fineline Primer Review!

I used to use primer a lot but then for a while I didn't think it was particularly necessary. A few months ago I bought the Benefit Porefessional which I wasn't the biggest fan of as I found that it clung to the dry parts on my face and I had to be very careful where I was putting it! My skin is quite odd, it can be very very dry however throughout the day my nose and the areas around my nose can get quite shiny! Since going on antibiotics to improve my skin I have tried to get into a proper skincare routine and take better care of my skin! I have recently realised that primer is actually a key step that I should be using, I have been really liking this product! When I wear it I have noticed that my nose and the areas around it have not been getting shiny and oily like they were before, infact when I forgot to apply this product yesterday I was very shocked at how shiny and gross my skin looked! The texture of this is really nice and my skin feels smooth rather than dry when I used the Benefit Porefessional! It didn't effect how my makeup looked on the skin either, whereas with others I have tried my foundation was clinging to dry parts on my face! This product also claims to be anti-ageing and help finelines and wrinkles appear less visible, I can't comment too much on this as I am a mere 18 years old and wrinkles are *hopefully* a few years away however when I applied it on the back of my hand I noticed that the little dimples and lines were a lot less visible and my skin does look a lot smoother when I am wearing this and generally A LOT nicer! I have been using this for a good couple of weeks and it looks like I have used barely any of it, a little really does go a long way with the product too! The only downside I would say is that this products is very pricey and being a student means I just don't have the funds, however if you do I would totally recommend it and the product lasts for a very long time so you would 100% get your moneys worth!

Overall I would recommend this product as it has really made a difference to how my skin looks with foundation on, I have found that I don't need to powder my skin throughout the day and my skin looks so much smoother!

  3. This sounds great. I have been looking for a primer that would work on my skin for a while. I seem to have similar skin to yours. Some places are extremely dry and others can get really oily throughout the day! xo
