Scoff Club

I love monthly subscription boxes and I love them even more when they contain lots of sweets! Scoff Box post out a box full of yummy treats for £12.99 a month and I had so much fun 'testing' it out! Similar to companies like Birchbox where you can buy just one box as a little treat for yourself or a friend, or subscribe and get a box delivered to your door every month. The box is so much bigger than I thought and is packed with sweets which will last you quite a long time so you definitely get your money's worth. In this box I recieved Watermelon Rockets, Tutti Fruiti Fizzy Cubes, Eye Poppers, Clotted Cream Toffee Bon Bons, Chocolate Honeycomb, Reece's Pieces and Jelly Babies! I was so excited to get the Watermelon Rockets in this box as watermelon flavoured sweets are my absolute favourites and the jelly babies and Bon Bons also got eaten very quickly. Obviously you may not love everything you receive in the box however I made my friend very happy by giving her the Reece's Pieces! I think you definitely get your money's worth with this box as it really is packed with yummy treats and is perfect for someone like me, with a massively sweet tooth!!

Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation

I love trying out foundations, they're the product I spend the most money on by far. I was asked by Debenhams if I wanted to try the Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation. A full coverage foundation? Of course I agreed. Any product that can make my skin look flawless and cover imperfections is worth a try! I have tried this foundation before but bought completely the wrong shade so had to part with it, I now have the shade Bone and it's the perfect match for my skin. While lots of people have issues with products not having pumps, I don't mind too much, although when I'm sat trying to get the remainder out, I may be a tad peeved. I love the slightly clouded glass bottle and gold lid, it feels very luxurious and definitely looks high end. I think the shade range is really good, they have cool, warm and neutral tones to choose from and there are fair shades as well as darker shades too. This foundation is definitely full coverage which I completely adore, however it doesn't feel like you're wearing a thick mask and I find it very comfortable to wear throughout the day. The finish is leaning towards the more matte side however I haven't had an issue with it clinging to dry patches and I find it still looks lovely and not cakey even when I apply my powder over the top! Another bonus? It lasts all day and I don't need to re-powder or re-apply anything!

This foundation retails for £26.50 however Debenhams currently have 10% off foundations so you can get it for a reduced price on their website! I would definitely recommend giving this foundation a try if you love a flawless base which lasts all day without needing to re-apply!

Love The Sales Wishlist

We all love a bargain and it's even better when you can access it all in one place. I've mentioned Love The Sales in a previous post but in summary they have clothes, shoes, bags, jewellery, electricals and lots more all on their website! I've picked a few items that I have been lusting after recently. We all know how much I love handbags and I fell in love with this suede tassel black bag from UGG. It's a cross body bag which is super easy to throw on when you don't feel like carrying a handbag over your arm and the colour means it is really versatile and easy to wear with any outfit! At the moment I'm in need of some spring shoes to wear in the transition period between seasons, I have a lot of summery wedges and winter boots but not too much inbetween! I spotted these suede blue loafers from Carvela which I think are perfect for wearing with jeans but also with dresses and smarter outfits, I love the bow detail and again, the colour will go with almost every outfit! I also found this Karen Millen watch which I absolutely love, I adore how classic and simple it is. I really like the mix of gold and black, I think it works really well together and the whole watch just looks simple yet sophisticated. Even though I have quite a few pairs of boots, I don't own any heeled tan boots. These ones are from Carvela as well and I think they are extremely versatile and could easily be worn in spring with dresses or with jeans and a spring top! I tend to prefer heeled boots to make me look slightly taller and make my legs look slimmer! Finally is this peplum style top from Vera Moda. I have a few items of clothing from Vera Moda which I absolutely adore already and I really love the look of this top, I really love loose peplum tops as I find them really flattering!

My 21st Birthday Weekend

Monday was my 21st birthday so I decided to turn it into a four day event! On friday, my boyfriend (who is unable to smile in photos...) and I drove to Cheltenham for a couple of days away. We stayed at the Queens Hotel which was an absolutely lovely place to stay, it was also in such a great spot as it was so close to the centre, near to the shops and restaurants. For dinner we went to Jamie's Italian which was an old Court Room, so all the seats are the same as the would have been in a court; you can even sit in the judges chair! We then spent Saturday having a wander around all the different shops, there are so many more than I'm used to at home so I purchased a few things! On Sunday I went to London with my parents who had organised a surprise day for me, the first surprise was afternoon tea on a double decker bus around the city! This was so much fun, we got to eat cake while looking at the main sights in London, it was with BB Bakery and I would 100% recommend it, I have been to their cafe near Covent Garden too and it's lovely!! Then, after a little shop around and after a big Kate Spade purchase, we arrived at The Ice Bar London! I've wanted to go here for absolutely ages and it was SO amazing! On Monday, my actual birthday, I had a lovely shopping day with two of my close friends, went rock climbing and had my family over for dinner! I was completely and utterly spoilt by everyone and had an amazing few days overall, let me know if you would like a post on some of the gifts I received too!
