Night Time Essentials

I've recently found some staple products that I absolutely love using before bed, there's nothing better than waking up in the morning and seeing a noticeable difference in your skin. The Glamglow Good In Bed Night Cream has become such a firm favourite of mine that I have a stocked up on so I never run out. This is infused with exfoliating acids to smooth the skin and Passionfruit Oil and Hyaluronic Acid to plump and hydrate. This feels really nourishing on the skin when I apply it, it's got quite a thick consistency that requires a lot of working into the skin until it's fully soaked in but it leaves my skin feeling hydrated before bed. When I wake up in the morning, my skin feels more even, it looks healthier and it's so much more nourished. I was never very into night creams before because I didn't notice much of a difference in my skin when I woke up but with this, the difference is substantial and I recommend it to everyone. I quite often struggle to get to sleep and wake up frequently throughout the night, I've tried a few different pillow sleep sprays but none of them work for me like the This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray. This contains Lavender, Camomile and Vetivert to calm your body and mind and improve sleep quality. In their study, they found that 89% of people fell asleep faster than normal and 92% of users felt more refreshed in the morning. I spray this 2/3 times on my pillow before bed and wake up feeling so well rested in the morning, having woken up a lot less throughout the night than usual. Whenever I tell someone about this product, I feel like they think I'm bonkers. How can a spray help you sleep better? But it does work, I've repurchased this twice because it's the only pillow spray that has properly worked for me.

On nights when I don't use the Glamglow Good In Bed, I love using the Glow Recipe Pineapple-C Bright Serum with a couple of drops of the St Moriz Radiant Glow Tan Boosting Facial Serum to add some colour to my face. The Glow Recipe Serum has made such a difference to my skin, I usually use it in the morning but when I want to add some tan, I mix it with the tan boosting drops once or twice a week. It's a Vitamin C and AHA Serum which contains pineapple juice and hyaluronic acid, a key ingredient to help with the skin's hydration. It's great for skin that's dull, dry, has a lot of redness or is uneven in texture. This serum makes my skin look much more even, my scarring reduced and it made my skin glow, add the tan drops and my skin looks amazing! The St Moriz Tanning Drops are such an affordable alternative to the pricier products out there like the Tan Luxe Face Drops. They work in exactly the same way and provide the same results, for a fraction of the cost.

Do you have any night time skin or beauty essentials that you swear by?
