Products I Regret Buying!

Liz Earle Cleanse And Polish
This was featured in my September favourites! But unfortunately it has broken me out SO badly! I bought this back in April but was using a few other products at the same time, when I broke out I assumed it was them. I did stop using this for a while when I was trying a few other things out. When I started using it again in September I really like it, however I thought to myself a few weeks ago "maybe it was this that was breaking me out?" and it turns out it was! The next day, no new spots had formed like they had been doing for ages and in the next few days all my spots started to go! I did really like this product as it took all my makeup off so easily and would recommend it but maybe get a sample or travel version just to check if you have a reaction!

Look Beauty Airbrush Base Foundation
I have used this once. Yes, once! I used it and absolutely hated it! It reminded me of the L'oreal True Match foundation which I hate with a passion! I have very dry skin and this just seemed to highlight any dry patches I had! The choice of colours is also very poor! I believe there is about three shades!

MUA Blusher In Shade 2
I have barely used this blusher. I bought it when MUA first came to my Superdrug store just as an impulse buy! It just has WAAAY too much glitter in it for me! I can't see it being something I would ever really wear!

Gosh Silver Eyeliner
Never in my life have I thought "you know what would make my eye makeup even better? SILVER EYELINER!" I remember when I bought this, but I honestly have no idea what was going through my head. I really like the Gosh eyeliners, I find they are really soft and have great colour pay off, but SILVER? Really Georgina?!! No.

BarryM Glitter Dust In Shade 6
I think they have changed the numbering of their glitter/dazzle dusts so I'm not sure what number this is now, but it's a dark blue glitter! I look absolutely awful when I wear blue eyeshadow and to be honest I look awful with any kind of glitter on as well! I bought this when I was quite young (not sure why I still have it!) as my sister was buying some and I wanted one too, I'm not sure why I felt the need to buy the most un-wearable shade! Haha!

BarryM Lipstick In Shade 107
I don't even think I can explain when, why or how I bought this lipstick. There is no way of describing it other than pink glitter. It is a pink glitter. For your lips. Just, no. This should not ever be done. This was another purchase from when I was younger and I have honestly never worn it (..outside of my house. I've worn it in my room a few times and danced around but I won't elaborate any more on that as you may worry for my sanity..)

I hope you guys liked this post! I have just taken about 5000 photos of beauty products so I will finally be doing more beauty reviews/posts! Yay!

  5. Nooo that is so annoying about the Liz Earle as I love it! Skincare is very personal though so it's a shame when some things don't work for others! x

  6. Dazzle Dust is definitely one of those things where they look absolutely beautiful but are actually pretty useless when it comes to wearability! I had a pink glitter pot and I only ever wore it once...for fancy dress!

  7. Haha! I cracked up at the silver eyeliner. I've gone through my collection before and come across certain things and just thought, What on EARTH were you thinking when you picked this up and proceeded to the counter to buy it! We all do it for some, unknown reason! haha x

  13. Have you tried the Superdrug vitamin E hot cloth cleanser? :) if you haven't LE was my holy grail until I tried this, it made my skin so much better! It's around £5 for 200ml. It's definitely worth checking out! Xx

  14. I thought I was the only person who couldn't get along with Cleanse and Polish! It broke me out horribly. I tried to make it work so many times, but every time I used it I broke out. :( xx

  15. Haha you made me laugh with that post :) Why on earth would anyone want pink glitter lips except for Halloween? Haven't tried Cleanse&Polish yet but hope I don't break out when I do try it :( Such a shame. I may repeat myself but I just love your blog so much, just caught up on the last couple of posts and love every single one of them! xx
